Cat Claw Ripped

I was just trimming my cat's claws, and I noticed one of her claws on her left hind foot is completely missing. Right down to where it retracts. There appears to be very slight drainage, and the area is slightly reddened. She's somewhat subdued, but she's still attempting to hop up on the high ..
