Post subject: Help 'Uncle Toby'

I have a male cat who's about 5 months old. All of its siblings r dead because of an unknown cause. Local and private vets here told me that our cat probably caught flu. To me i dont see any of these symptoms. The last of them, 'uncle toby' i called him; was active yesterday. But today he seems to be quite and likely to be left alone.

He doesn't eat nor drink. I had to fed him with glucose using syringe to give him energy a bit. He rejects and spit it out.

He used to be a bit chubby, but now he seems to lose weight.

No symptoms of sickness except for vomiting yellowish liquid. He did urinate a bit today too.

All of his siblings have this sort of sickness before their deaths. In less than 24hrs after early symptoms, they're dead.

wat is the cause of this?

Can anyone help uncle toby :[
