Post subject: What can I do to control my dogs behavior???

My dog is having crazy mood swings. At one moment he is kind and then the second the doorbell rings he will run up to my neighbor and try to bite him. I know that they have special types of dog food that help a dogs behavior, but I have heard that these are very expensive. Should I try this and use http://pet-food-coupon.com (pet food coupons)? When a guest is not over he is very loving and tame. What can I do to control my dogs behavior???
